Study and Calculation of Multivariate Process Capability Indices Based on the Principal Component Analysis

摘要
Based on the analysis of multivariate T-2 control chart and multivariate process capability indices, this article implements the calculation of multivariate T-2 control chart with Principal Component Analysis along with which it evaluates the degree how the production process quality satisfies the quality requirements. Results show that the Principal Component Analysis can eliminate the correlation among variables effectively by example researches on quality control of involution working procedures in the manufacturing of capacitance, enable the use of T-2 control chart and the calculation of multivariate process capability indices.
