摘要
Based on the supply-hub mode of operation, the enterprise can establish logistics distribution network to strengthen the market competition ability with low cost and high level of service. This paper considered the supply-hub super network formation mechanism. Combined with the features and theoretical knowledge of cloud computing and networking, it proposed logistics information platform construction method and coordination mode of the supply chain based on supply-hub, and discussed its collaborative mechanism and innovation path, Which could provide support for the assembly type manufacturing enterprises based on supply-hub logistics planning, reduce logistics costs, and ensure its healthy development.
