摘要
Aircraft maintenance process knowledge is a kind of complex, diversity, dynamic procedural knowledge. The appropriate maintenance process information expression and management is the foundation for the development of computer aided maintenance supporting system. Aiming at the backward in the aircraft maintenance process knowledge management and application, the aircraft maintenance process knowledge modeling is studied in this paper. Based on the analysis of aircraft maintenance process knowledge, the metadata model of maintenance process knowledge is established, which can effectively describe maintenance process features, maintenance resources, maintenance process work instructions and maintenance quality control, with XML. technology, the expression of aircraft maintenance process knowledge is developed. A prototype system of aircraft maintenance support for A320 nose landing gear is developed to verify the proposed method. The results show that it can express maintenance process knowledge more accurately, intuitively and non-ambiguously.
