摘要
A two-dimensional (2D) tilt sensor based on three optical fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) is proposed and demonstrated. Experimental results show that a high measurement sensitivity of 192 pm/degrees and resolution of 0.005 degrees can be achieved and the measurement is insensitive to temperature. Furthermore, the FBGs were subjected to the force directly without any force transmission, which ensures a high measurement accuracy of 0.1 degrees.
