摘要
In order to make precision measurement of cylinder liner wear distribution the use of a high precision measurement system is required, and though capacity measurement equipment has high precision, but it has larger error for mechanical parties. So, many wear measurement methods in the world are not really suitable for the precision measurement of cylinder liner wear. In this paper, "Two Times Measured Elimination Error"(TTME) method, a new measurement method, is proposed according to the characteristic of the cylinder liner wear and structure of the I. C. engines, by applying high precision capacitance sensor and data gather and processing system and computer's software, and applying this system to do two times measurements (before wear and after wear) under the same measurement condition, and then applying system software to eliminate the error of measurement system. The experimental results of applying this measurement method to measure the 8V150 diesel engine, shows that this system is satisfactory. The precision is raised by about 10 times in comparision with traditional methods.
