摘要
The industrial TV monitoring system is a nice method to monitor the equipment and processing of the industrial system with video cameras, and they are the "eyes" of the operator. The TV monitoring system of the coal conveyer system in a thermal power plant, which will monitor the running equipment and find the malfunction equipment early. And this will improve the security level and the automatic level of the coal conveyer system. Its TV monitoring system has his own features and special requirements because the environment of the coal conveyer system in thermal power plant is bad and the EMR level is higher. In this paper, the industrial TV monitoring system of the coal conveyer system in first period of Yuanbaoshan thermal power plant is realized. The designed system is operating in the coal conveyer system of Yuanbaoshan thermal Power Plant, and it shows the designed industrial TV monitoring system is available.
