摘要
The use of ICT applied to the Cultural Heritage (CH) sector has generally failed to provide valuable economic results. Developing and marketing digital cultural products is a complex and costly task, which requires dedicated expertise and infrastructures A useful option for Public CH Institutions is to seek partnerships with existing agencies, rather than attempt to build in-house solutions. The achievements of the "Trusted Network for online Trading", TNT, project are presented here that propose a solution that fulfils the requirement for an Internet-based value chain on which CH Institutions play an active role.
