摘要：
National regional development policy is strongly centered on financial instruments, EU funds. Accent of this contribution is given to a networking (and necessary cooperation) of local suppliers in conjuction to barriers reflecting administrative spatial diving. The paper forcuses on a description of a importace and position of a tourism product (as a set of services provided by a subjects to consumers) in a local level of administration.
