摘要：
Sustainable water resource use is one of the most important multi-disciplinary subjects in this century. An Entity-Relationship-Attribution (ERA) framework and assessment method for sustainable water resources use is presented. This is based on the existing six basic orientor indicators of existence, effectiveness, security, freedom of action, adaptability and coexistence to measure the sustainability for water resources. Finally, a comprehensive assessment method for sustainable regional water resource systems is given and applied in a case study.
