摘要：
The income guarantee provided by government accelerates the development of infrastructure project financing. But income guarantee can induce contingent claim for government. So it is necessary to price guarantee so that government can get quantified proof. On the base of analyzing the option characteristics of income guarantee, the paper sets up a pricing model by meanings of option theory. Moreover, the paper analyzes key factors that influence the value of guarantee.
