摘要：
Considered the actual influencing factors on highway tunnel operation, the evaluation index system on highway tunnel operation is established. Based on the characteristics of the evaluation on highway tunnel operation, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is put forward with AHP and fuzzy theory. In order to improve the evaluation efficiency, the evaluation system on highway tunnel operation is designed using Delphi and Matlab. The design breaks technical difficulties between Delphi and Matlab. Finally, for a highway tunnel in Shannxi Province as an actual example, the result validates the applicability of the evaluation model and the convenience of the evaluation system.
