摘要
A brief review of the relation between reduced models and noncommutative Yang-Mills (NCYM) theory is given. The twisted Eguchi-Kawai model, the mapping onto NCYM, the Morita equivalence, the fundamental matter, the Wilson loops in NCYM, and the D-brane interpretation are considered.
