The research on financing model of traffic safety facilities

This paper analyzes the urgency on the financing lease mode applied in traffic safety facilities construction, the fund predicament on the construction of traffic safety facilities, the crunch on bank credit, and the debt burden of local government, and also analyzes the reasons of financing lease mode applied in traffic safety facilities construction, namely the financing lease has economic function, efficiency, and the advantages of application in the construction of traffic safety facilities. In order to promote the application of the financing lease in the traffic safety facilities construction, finally, based on the analysis of the background and reasons, this paper puts forward three policy suggestions, which includes changing government ideas, broadening the financing channels of financing leasing company, and improving the legislation of financing lease and so on.
