摘要
A model of critical controls over water distribution is developed for the Yellow River Basin. The aim is best use of limited water resources and co-ordination of different user needs. Synergetics theory suggests levels of harmony over water use. The overall control task is made up of two processes. Firstly, a distribution scheme is developed using a simulation model, then the schemos output suggestions are adjusted by a harmony index which is considered as a multivariable feedback regulator. Control criteria and subsequent applications of the method are presented. Case studies indicate that the proposed control process facilitates quick and efficient recommendations covering distribution and can provide both theoretical and technical support for sustainable water resources development in the Yellow River.
