摘要
A miniature fiber optic sensor for in-vivo measurement of pressure was produced by bonding a 1-mm-long fiber optic Fabry-Perot interferometer to an 80-mu m-thick silicon rubber diaphragm with a diameter of 1 mm and by enclosing it with a 1.5-mm-long glass tube. The phase shift of the sensor's output signal increased linearly when the applied pressure was 0 mmHg to 400 mmHg. In this region, the sensitivity was 1.6 degrees/mmHg.
