摘要：
Real estate has become a pillar of the national economy and a new economic growth point. However, the continuing rapid increase in housing price makes the real estate bubble worries follow. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance that an accurate grasp on the trend and extent of real estate bubble in China. The paper firstly analyzes the hazards of real estate bubble, and then discusses the causes of real estate bubble in China, and further studies the early warning. Finally, the paper proposes recommendations for prevention and control of real estate bubble.
