摘要
Taking advantage of the fiber-based frequency transfer technique, we build up the Beijing Time and Frequency Network which connects several hydrogen masers of different institutes precisely and in real time. With this network, we generate a time scale out of 4 clocks each from a different institute. Distinguished from most of the existing time scales, this one is both "real-time" and "based on remote clocks", which means it can serve more applications which require real-time time service and can be more reliable at the same time. Hardware system is built to output physical signal of the time scale, and this system is currently running continuously and healthily.
