摘要：
The article describes the evaluation criterion for similarity search in the patent search systems suggested by the authors. The use of artificial intelligence methods, artificial neural networks and machine learning for improving similarity search is described. The results of the comparison based on the proposed criteria for similarity search in Google Patent system, Yandex Patents system and the Russian patent office retrieval system PatSearch are given.
