摘要
Typically converters for distributed power generation built with IGBTs have a poor partial load efficiency. Multilevel converters with low voltage SI MOSFETs can be an attractive alternative regarding partial load efficiency and semiconductor cost. In this paper, different multilevel topologies with low voltage SI MOSFETs are compared.
