摘要
Uterine sarcomas are a rare group of mesenchymal tumors with rapidly growth and bad prognosis. The most common histological form of uterine sarcomas is the leiomyosarcoma. The ultra sonographic findings are non-specific, with heterogeneous myometrial tissues with nondefined limits, intense Doppler due to the presence of numerous vessels of neoformation. We present the case of a premenopausal woman that presented in our clinic for rapidly abdominal growth and extremely fatigue. The ultra sonographic findings and the CT exam rises the suspicion of a malignant uterine tumor. Immonustaining test correlated with the histopathological and the anatomoclinical dates sustained the diagnosis of uterine leyomiosarcoma with liposarcomatous differentiation. Uterine tumors with adipocytic differentiation are very uncommon.
