摘要
Incorporating Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) case studies when teaching ethics can help ECE students to relate to the engineering ethics concepts that are taught in the classroom. This paper describes an instructional module that has been used to teach ethics to ECE undergraduates. This module includes ECE case studies, as well as classroom activities that utilize the ethics code of conduct of the following professional bodies: IEEE, IEEE Computer Society, ACM (Association for Computing Machinery), and the NSPE (National Society of Professional Engineers).
