摘要：

With the development of teaching management informationization construction in China, it is of great significance that the Internet and computer technology is used to achieve teaching reform of experiment teaching management informationization of Chinese education. The disadvantages of traditional experiment teaching management models are analyzed, and under the detailed analysis of system requirements, the universal system of an experimental teaching management system is confirmed based on Browser/Server (B/S) architecture. According to the service objects and functions the entire system is designed hierarchically. The system proposed, can effectively contribute to the teaching and management of course experiment and opening experiment, and play an active role to improve the experiment teaching management levels.
