摘要
Epidermolysis bullosa dytrophica (DEB) describes a form of hereditary Epidermolysis bullosa (EB), which is characterized by fragility of the skin and mucous membranes and manifests itself with blistering. In connection with dental and oral surgical measures, blister formation and detachment of the mucous membrane in all areas exposed to pressure and contact can be expected in these patients. Dental prosthetic care of patients with EB dystrophica is challenging, especially if the disease is accompanied by microstomy. In general, fixed restorations should be sought where possible. Implants can make a significant contribution to improving the quality of life. This article presents the complex case of a patient with DEB who has been treated through interdisciplinary cooperation between oral surgery and prosthetics.
