摘要
Ways to increase the efficiency of cement systems have been identified as a result of the combined action of naphthalene sulfonate and polycarboxylate-based modifiers with volcanic rock in the process of cement stone formation. It has been shown that the polyfunctional effect of the modifier first enhances the effect of superplasticizers and reduces the viscosity of the system by having positively charged centers on the surface of volcanic ash, then retains water in the system, eliminates segregation and provides deficient water in the hydration process reacts to form additional cementitious hydrosilicates. While the crystals of portlandite are clearly, prismatically visible in the unadulterated cement stone, the formation of a dense structure is observed when a modifier is added. The dependence of the compressive strength of composite adhesives with the addition of superplasticizer on the amount of aluminosilicate component and the specific surface was obtained. It was found that the production parameters of composite adhesives allow to achieve maximum strength with minimum energy. When the grinding fineness of volcanic ash is increased to a certain extent by the effect of superplasticizer, the strength of the obtained composition adhesive increases. Studies have shown that in order to obtain the optimal composition of the adhesive, it is necessary to grind volcanic ash for 3 hours until the specific surface area is 800 m(2)/kg. Optimal composition was developed with the complex use of Ceyranchol volcanic rock with naphthalene sulfonate and polycarboxylate-based modifiers, and with its application, a 30-35% increase in the compressive strength of cement stone was observed
