摘要
A new type of three dimensional inner microfin condensing enhancement tube is developed in this paper. The flow patterns for horizontal condensation inside the tubes have been studied. Through the experiment and analysis, the flow patterns for the horizontal condensing heat transfer inside the tubes are divided into annular flow, stratified flow and intermittent flow. The annular flow criteria is given in this paper also. The horizontal condensing heat transfer enhancement performance inside the tubes is studied by experiments. The analysis and calculating correlation of the local condensing heat transfer coefficients for annular flow inside the three dimensional inner microfin tubes have been obtained. The calculated results with the correlation consistent with the experiment data within +/-30%.
