Design and Simulation of a Polarization Converter Based on Graphene Metasurfaces

摘要
In this paper, a polarization converter (PC) in the mid-infrared frequency range is presented. The considered structure consists of a polymer of substrate backed by a gold layer and a graphene layer which laid on top of it. The designed PC works in the bandwidth of 33.67THz to 35.98THz. Furthermore, the operation frequency of the metasurface be tunned by adjusting the bias voltage applied to the graphene.
