摘要
Improvement of advanced light source photon beams quality requires corresponding improvement in electron and photon beam diagnostics. Typical methods of electron and photon beam diagnostics are reviewed. Attention is devoted to the features that provide high quality of photon beams in outlets of storage rings and insertion devices. The new tendencies in area of photon and electron beam diagnostics are also presented.
