摘要
Small and medium businesses are numerous in quantity and is relatively weak in the capability in our country, so the effective way tackling keen competition is to set up innovation networks with other businesses and Nowadays, more and more businesses have established innovation networks to compete in a global changing environment and benefited greatly. However, according to management literature, about half of innovation networks established turned out to be failures. One of the key factors for this failure is the choice of a wrong partner. Based on analysis of the process and principles of partner selection for small and medium business innovation networks, this article explicates the method of selecting partner for small and medium businesses innovation networks based on Set-Value Statistics. It is important to study partner selection problem of small and medium businesses innovation networks at present.
