摘要
Chengdu new rural complex construction, which was called SGEM for its smallscale, grouplization, ecologicalization and mini-sized pastoral, was a typical kind of local government's creatively implementing of the central land policy. The paper aimed at studying the applicability of the land policy of increase and decrease connection of urban and rural construction land, analyzing the policy's influence on the urban and the rural areas' harmonious development, exploring the land intense use and summing up main facts which affected the peasants' benefits
