摘要
We study the regularities of changes in the wear resistance of triboelements made of 30KhGSA steel under extreme conditions of friction depending on the friction moment, specific work of friction, and the thickness of lubricating layer in the course of lubrication of the contact surfaces with mineral (Era VNCYRILLIC CAPITAL LETTER BYELORUSSIAN-UKRAINIAN ICYRILLIC CAPITAL LETTER BYELORUSSIAN-UKRAINIAN INP-286\M) and synthetic (Aero-Shell Grease-33) lithium lubricants. We establish the dependence of the tribological characteristics of contact on the time of operation of the contact surfaces up to the first signs of seizure. As a criterion of the surface strength in friction, we choose the kinetics of changes in the intensity of heat release in contact with regard for the friction power and specific work of friction. We also analyzed the ability of the tribosystem to restore metastable structures in the critical modes of friction, when the specific work of the process increases but takes the minimum values in the periods of seizure of the contact surfaces.
