摘要：
In this paper, we discuss the problem about optimal management for renewable resource exploitation; give a new method of computing the optimal population level, the optimal total effort as well as the optimal number of resource users. Meanwhile, we obtain some sufficient conditions of existing optimal solutions. The results of this paper can be applied into a practical exploitation for common renewable resources.
