摘要
Neural stem cells (NSCs) maintain the potential of proliferation and differentiation in nerve system. The research and application of NSCs have developed into a frontier of neuroscience in recent years. The establishment of NSCs culture in vitro offers an efficient way for study on them. Now the focus is on the origin and location of NSCs in brains and their transplantation for therapy of CNS (central nerve system) diseases.
