摘要
The second part of the paper covers issues of mathematic simulation of control systems based on the autonomous artificial intelligence concept, possibilities of their application in the system of main pipeline transportation for oil and oil products. Designated use, structural features and a working principle of intelligent control systems, which are capable for adaptation and autonomous functioning in changing environmental conditions are studied. Structural composition and possibilities of functional subsystems of the autonomous adaptive control system are analyzed. A scheme of multifractal intelligent control system prototype for production is presented for an example of adaptive control system model for labor forces. A prototype of control system of the autonomous adaptive control is considered for an example of its subsystems synthesis with an analytic tariffication model (evaluation of labor complexity and remuneration) in organizations of Transneft system. A mathematic model and working principle of self-learning intelligent neurons capable for forecasting of events are described.
