Even after the strategic realignment at DuPont, engineering plastics will continue to be one of the company's core businesses. With world wide sales of around $ 2 billion, DuPont is the market leader in this field. Its portfolio covers polyamides, polyesters (PBT and PET), polyacetals, polyimides and liquid crystalline polymers (LCP).
