摘要
Innovation has become today a dominant paradigm in management and research. It was described as a "religion of the industry of the 21st century" which offers a new vision of change and economic restriction, of competition, competitiveness and survival in a turbulent and uncertain business environment. Firms that are innovative can create new products and can differentiate themselves on the market. The need for companies to innovate constantly is insistently emphasized throughout the literature on innovation management. This paper presents the results of a questionnaire survey based on managers' vision on innovation within the company they run. The dimensions targeted in this study are innovation context, the people involved, the innovation process and innovation result.
