摘要
Based on the empirical data from CGSS2012, we estimate the propensity score of many family factors affecting the individual. Then we use the hierarchical linear model to study the influence of basic pension insurance together with college education on the working time of laborers with different family background. The results show that; (1) both basic pension insurance and college education have significantly reduced working time in the control of individual characteristics. (2) family background will also reduce the working hours of workers. (3) family background doesn't adjust the impact of basic pension insurance and college education on working time. The laborers at the different level of the family background get the almost same return from basic pension insurance and college education.
