摘要：
In one form or another, all theories illustrates more or less obvious, that foreign investors aimed at obtaining the largest possible recovery win "benefits" own, operate, with higher profitability, internationalization of production. These theories involve reaching a certain level of economic development of host countries. The talks about the new determinants of FDI, the analysis involves a very important aspect, namely, the role of government policies on these investments.
