摘要
The way in which the State has been linked to the territory is analyzed conceptually, especially through its delimitation in neighborhood units that concentrate certain characteristics (poverty, violence, vulnerability) and which are intervened through public policies, without considering that the origin of these problems is - in many cases-found in other scales of a structural nature. In the case of neighborhoods that concentrate violence and vulnerability (such as La Legua), neighborhood regeneration programs in Chile, although having incorporated a variety of areas of action, these have not been sufficient to address the problems of these territories integrally.
