摘要
Three-dimensional structured foam NiO anode was prepared by solid phase oxidation method with Ni foam as substrate and metal nickel sources. XRD and SEM results show that NiO film was prepared on foam Ni substrate by oxidized in air at 500 degrees C, and NiO film was micrometer-size dense thin film. Electrochemical performance of as-prepared three-dimensional foam NiO was evaluated by galvanostatic cycling and cyclic voltammetry. The results show that the initial capacity was 20% and a high capacity of 950 mAh . g(-1) (at 0.2C rate) was obtained, with excellent capacity retention of up to 40 cycles, when cycled in the range 0.05 similar to 3.2 V vs Li/Li+. The excellent high-rate discharge performance of three-dimensional foam NiO can be attributed to its large surface area which lowered the interface reaction polarization.
