摘要
The ability to remove heat has become one of the fundamental limits to the continued progress of Moore's law using conventional microelectronics technology. Continued searches for means to minimize heat production, as well as for more effective heat removal, are being sought. This paper attempts to step back and look at the fundamental limits of heat transfer and evaluate the possibilities for solution to these problems.
