摘要
Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a useful quality management and function analysis technique. It uses the "House of Quality" (HoQ) to translate customer requirements into product design and development, raise product quality, decrease life cycle cost and quicken marketing time so as to better meet customer need. Value engineering (VE) is also a modern management method which can lower life cycle cost and realize necessary functions. It can raise product value by means of the definition, arrangement and measurement of function, but mainly focus on the study and analysis of function. In this paper the author proposes that QFD and VE be well connected to form a new system analysis model of integrated QFD and VE, and that the AHP method be used to quantitatively evaluate the integrative quality function standard of a product, so as to increase the operation and application features of robust design, hence develop the scientific feature of integrated method.
