摘要
Taking the high temperature and high water cut production fluid produced by SAGD in Liaohe Oilfield as the research object, utilizing the principle of displacement effect generated by mechanical vibration of ultrasonic wave; this paper presents the development of the test device of ultrasonic demulsification and dehydration for ground heavy oil. And also by means of this test device, test research on demulsification effect on crude oil under different acoustic intensity and different response time has been conducted. The research results show that the demulsification and dehydration effect on heavy oil is obvious when the ultrasonic frequency is higher than the frequency of capitation threshold value; compared with conventional demulsification and dehydration method, the time is cut by half.
