摘要：

It introduces the technology of failure diagnosis based on the model of the fault tree and the model of the neural network. And it proposes a new failure diagnosis technology that combines the fault tree and the neural network. Besides that, it applies the thought in aircraft TCAS after building a fault tree on the component of the TCAS, and a neural network model on the neural network failure diagnosis theory, also proves the capability of the technology.
