摘要
China's B2C e-commerce pattern starts late, but it developed dramatically this year, all kinds of special websites emerged one after another accompanied with many problems including credit crisis, laggard laws, regulations and policies, backward network infrastructure, logistics problems, payment security problems, and lower comprehensive competitiveness, which brought much bad influence on development of B2C industry. In this paper, some suggestions are proposed to boost China's development of B2C industry.
