摘要：
More and more corporate begin to adopt the entrepreneurial orientation strategy in the complicated uncertainty environment. In the summary of the impact of entrepreneurial orientation company in the guidance influencing factor foundation, this study combined with entrepreneurial orientation companies with the level and dimension-driven, investigate entrepreneurial orientation, the environment and the dynamic nature of the relationship between entrepreneurs, explore how it affects the performance of entrepreneurial orientation in this complex dynamic process, in order to more effectively improve organizational performance.
