摘要
By the rotation of the earth, the sea wind, pressure changes and other factors, the sea water is prompt to leave its original equilibrium position, and up, down, forward and back-ward directions movements occurs. This creates the waves of the sea. A wave is a regular periodic heave motion. When the waves move to the shore, because of the decreasingly water depth, the up and down movements of the water are lowered by the inertia effect, and the sea waves get stack wave after wave. At the same time, with the shallow depth of the decreasing water movement, the surface resistance is growing, so that in the end, the waves lower layer is also slower than the velocity of the movement of the up-per layer, therefore, by inertia, the highest point of the for-ward wave onrush and splash into the beach. Wave energy is a clean, renewable, wide distribution, low-density, and stable new form of energy. Due to its limitations of the wave energy usable location near the coast, is also vulnerable to climate marine disasters, therefore, the development of high-cost, small-scale projects have a long payback period, more than one century, however, waves energy are capable of large-scale commercial exploitation and its development still have many restrictions.
