摘要：

Activating English classroom and improving teaching quality is top priority. This paper presented particle swarm optimization (pso) technique to train multi layer artificial neural network for evaluating English teaching quality. Experimental results indicate that the ann based on improved pso can reduce the times of training and mse effectively.
