摘要
Student participation in the university is an essential aspect within the framework of the development of civic and social competencies of young people. However, this participation can sometimes be diminished due to the way in which this participation is given, especially in the digital contexts that are currently prevailing in Ibero-American universities. The objective of this article is to analyze the barriers and facilitators for digital inclusion and student participation in Ibero-American university contexts. For this, a qualitative systematic review of Ibero-American studies on thematic paths is carried out. The Dialnet database was used and, after applying the defined inclusion and exclusion criteria, 32 documents were included in the review for data extraction and in depth analysis to identify barriers, facilitators, action proposals and future challenges that arise in the literature. Ibero-American universities face the challenge of designing mechanisms that allow inclusive digital participation of all groups in society that access higher education. For this, it is essential to offer access to essential digital tools, anchor digital literacy mechanisms for all students and teachers; and favor the investigation of strategies that favor said participation. All this will offer a comprehensive development of young university students, favoring the development of civic and social skills.
