摘要：
This paper investigates the largest Chinese household appliance manufacturing firm-Haier Group with its patent data of recent 11 years. Patent data showed that the evolution of firm's knowledge base can be characterized as sustaining the ability to broaden and deepen its knowledge base. It demonstrates that it is necessary for Chinese firm to maintain persistent knowledge accumulation and diversification. But as far as Haier Group is concerned, how structuring and integrating organizational knowledge is much more important in the future.
