Research on customer-driven production design method: Integration of QFD and TRIZ

摘要
A new way which integrates QFD and TRIZ felicitously is presented in this paper to solve the problems in the production design today. This new method can help business enterprises improve their power of market competition. The house of quality has been founded according to the users' requirement. Conflict and type of the design can be confirmed by the negative correlation items, which exist in sensitive matrix of the house of quality. Conflict resolution principle is chosen from TRIZ to resolve the conflict of physics and technology. At last, we verify this new technique though an actual project and gain an ideal result.
